We always strive to deliver your favorite products safely, quickly, and with care. Please read our Delivery Rules to understand how we handle shipping and delivery across Bangladesh.

1. Delivery Areas

  • Ghashful delivers products all over Bangladesh, through trusted courier partners.

  • Delivery service may not be available in some remote areas — in that case, our support team will contact you for an alternative solution.

2. Delivery Time

  • Inside Dhaka: 1–2 business days

  • Outside Dhaka: 1–4 business days

Delivery time may vary depending on product availability, weather conditions, or courier delays.

3. Delivery Charges

  • Inside Dhaka: ৳80

  • Outside Dhaka: ৳130

  • Free delivery may apply during special offers or promotional campaigns.

All delivery charges are clearly shown at checkout before payment.

4. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed after payment confirmation (for online payments) or after order verification (for Cash on Delivery).

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive an SMS or email with tracking details.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available in most areas across Bangladesh.

  • Please ensure that the receiver’s phone number and address are accurate to avoid delivery issues.

  • The customer must check the parcel and make full payment to the delivery person before receiving it.

6. Delivery Attempts

  • Our courier partner will attempt delivery up to two times.

  • If the customer is unavailable, the parcel may be returned to us. In such cases, re-delivery charges may apply.

7. Damaged or Wrong Product Delivery

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund as per our Return Policy.

8. International Delivery

Currently, Ghashful does not offer international shipping.
We deliver only within Bangladesh.
