1. Eligibility for Return

You can request a return or exchange if:

  • The product you received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • You contact us within 3 days of receiving the order.

  • The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.

Please note:

  • Products purchased during discounts or special offers may not be eligible for return unless defective.

  • Due to hygiene reasons, certain items like innerwear or accessories are non-returnable.

3. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost, except when the item is defective or the wrong product was sent.

  • In case of a wrong or damaged product, Ghashful will cover the return shipping or send a replacement free of charge.

4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method or as store credit, as per your preference.

  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

5. Exchange Policy

If you prefer an exchange instead of a refund:

  • We’ll send the replacement item once the original product is returned and verified.

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.

6. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before shipment by contacting our support team.

  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible, but you can request a return after delivery (as per policy).
